Why Us

Slide Productions has been in the event hire services industry since 2007. Since then we have gained experience in event styling in Melbourne and beyond for a wide variety of functions, ranging from low-key afternoon teas to large conference events with attendees numbering in the hundreds. We specialise particularly in illuminated furniture and glow furniture hire, with a range of bars, tables, seating and some truly distinctive accessories that can help completely transform any space.

What has helped us succeed is our understanding that event styling in Melbourne is about more than just looking good – it’s about setting a mood. We do this by helping you select the right combination of pieces – and the right lighting – to make sure your guests are comfortable, relaxed and happy.

To ensure we’re offering our clients original, high-quality furniture, many of our event furniture hire pieces are sourced from Europe personally by our event stylist. We also have a commitment to ensuring seamless organisation from beginning to end.

Mario Fera

EXPERIENCE & STYLING

Mario’s creative desire started over 25 years ago where he styled and themed spaces in Italy. Mario’s natural ability to source the latest style and to foresee future trends led him to opening his first business in Australia, in 2007, Slide Productions. Taking the industry by storm, Mario introduced a range of products to Australia that had never been seen before.

Working closely with clients such as BMW, The Big Group and Private customers, Mario has proven he is not just a supplier of rental furniture. He has got the eye to theme a room from head to toe.

Natalia Fortuzzi

EXPERIENCE & STYLING

Natalia was born in Bologna where she lived and worked until 2016. Starting her career in Italy, Natalia developed strong experience in logistics for 26 years, before moving into sales and ultimately Branch Manager in Air and Ocean Freight. Moving to Australia in 2016, Natalia has maintained her role as European Trade Manager whilst becoming  not only Mario’s wife  but also partner in  Slide Productions . 
 
She now plays a pivotal role in operation, bringing her exceptional
organisational and logistics skills. With a strong financial management
background, she has now assumed the role of CFO in SLIDE
With her close connection to Italy, Natalia has also enhanced the
companies’ capabilities in account management, offering insights and
strengths the improve efficacy and communication with Italian partners.
